PixJet

Explaining server-side image optimization to people who just want a faster site

Visit PixJet

The Work

PixJet plugs into WordPress and automatically compresses, watermarks, and delivers images through a global CDN — infrastructure most site owners never think about until their pages load slowly. The challenge was selling speed and image quality without getting lost in CDN jargon.

The Challenge

PixJet's audience — bloggers, photographers, agencies, and store owners — cares about page speed and image quality, not edge networks and GeoDNS routing. The plugin also needed a setup tutorial simple enough that a non-technical site owner could install it without a support ticket.

Our Approach

The product intro leads with a visible before/after: a bloated page turning into a fast, sharp one, with the compression and CDN delivery happening as motion in the background rather than the headline. The plugin's install-and-configure flow was captured and re-cut into a short, narrated walkthrough so setup takes minutes, not a support thread.

What We Delivered

Product intro video for the PixJet homepage and WordPress.org listing
Plugin setup & configuration tutorial
Animated banner ad set highlighting compression and CDN speed
Feature-highlight motion graphics for watermarking and lazy loading

Where It Lives Today

PixJet now has a single install tutorial it can link from support responses and the WordPress plugin page, cutting down repetitive setup questions and giving the product a clearer first impression on the homepage.
