AI Video Production

AI video is only cheap if you don't count the clips you throw away. We run it like a production: a brief, a character and style lock, the right model for each shot, and then a real edit — pacing, captions, sound and grade — by motion designers who were cutting video before any of these tools existed. UGC-style ads, AI video ads, AI animation, product films, explainers and AI presenters, delivered in batches sized for testing.

  • E-commerce and DTC brands that need more ad creative than a shoot calendar can produce
  • Media buyers whose winning ad fatigued and whose next batch isn't ready
  • SaaS and app teams who want explainers and promos without a studio day
  • Agencies that need an AI video production partner to white-label behind their own team
  • Brands entering new markets that need the same video in several languages
Format demoAI video formats — a four-second cutWatch

Real client work · AI Video

Produced entirely with AI video generation: a cast of stylised doctors, clinic staff and patients held on-model across every scene, cut to a voiceover with captions and sound design. It is the whole process on this page, working for a real, trust-sensitive product — no shoot, no 3D modelling pipeline.

Every AI video format, with a demo of each

Short demos of each format's structure — what the frame, the captions and the pacing look like — so you can pick by what you actually need. These are motion-designed format demos, labelled as such, not client footage.

Format demoAI UGC — creator-style talking headWatch

9:16 · 15–45s · native captions

AI UGC videos

Creator-style, front-camera videos with an AI creator who stays the same person in every clip: talking-head hooks, product-in-hand demonstrations, routines and reactions. Swap the hook or the niche without casting, shipping product or booking a reshoot.

Best for · Paid social on TikTok, Reels and Shorts

AI UGC videos service
Format demoAI video ad — hook, product, offerWatch

9:16 · 4:5 · 1:1 · 6s / 15s / 30s

AI video ads

Performance ads built hook, product, offer — generated scenes, product shots and motion graphics cut to the length of the placement. Produced as a batch of distinct angles so the account tests ideas, not colour swaps.

Best for · Meta, TikTok and YouTube ad accounts

AI video ads service
Format demoAI animation — one scene, five stylesWatch

16:9 · 9:16 · 15–60s

AI animation

Animated worlds and characters in the look your brand needs — soft Pixar-style 3D, claymation, toon, paper craft, low-poly — produced far faster than a traditional animation pipeline. When every competitor runs the same UGC, a different visual language is what stops the scroll.

Best for · Ads, brand films, mascots and explainers

AI animation service
Format demoAI product promo — cinematic product shotWatch

16:9 master · 9:16 and 1:1 cuts

AI product promos & commercials

Cinematic product films — light sweeps, macro detail, dramatic sets — without renting a studio or building a set. Built from accurate product plates so the packaging stays right, then graded and cut like a commercial.

Best for · Launches, product pages and brand ads

Format demoAI explainer — an abstract mechanismWatch

16:9 or 9:16 · 30–90s · voiceover

AI explainer videos

Mechanism explainers that show what your product does inside something — the body, a system, a process — as an abstract or stylised visual, with voiceover and on-screen steps. The kind of shot that used to need a 3D team for a week.

Best for · Health, supplements, SaaS and tech

Format demoAI avatar presenter — one script, four languagesWatch

16:9 and 9:16 · per-language versions

AI avatar presenters & spokespeople

A consistent on-screen presenter for product walkthroughs, training, onboarding and announcements — recorded once, then voiced and lip-synced in the languages you sell in. Fully synthetic presenters, or, with written consent, one based on your own spokesperson.

Best for · Localisation, onboarding and internal video

Format demoAI model presentation — three looksWatch

9:16 · 4:5 · per-colourway versions

AI model & product presentation

Your product on a virtual model, in any setting — studio, street, beach — and in every colourway, without a photoshoot. Built for fashion, accessories and lifestyle catalogues that need on-model video for every SKU.

Best for · Fashion and catalogue e-commerce

Format demoAI UGC — five creators, five hooksWatch

9:16 · 7–30s · series

AI reels & short-form

Hook-led vertical content for organic channels: trend formats, POV and listicle openers, series with a recurring AI character. Built as a set so a posting calendar is filled weeks ahead rather than the night before.

Best for · Organic TikTok, Reels and Shorts

Generating a clip takes minutes. Getting one you can run takes production.

Anyone can type a prompt and get something that moves. The trouble starts on the second clip: the face changes, the product label warps, the lighting drifts, the hands do something strange, and the style of shot four has nothing to do with shot one. A single good generation is luck; a set of ads that all look like the same brand is a process. That process is mostly the unglamorous part — character and product reference sheets, a locked visual style, shot lists written for how each model actually behaves, many takes per shot with the failures thrown away, and then the part most AI video skips entirely: an editor. Pacing, captions timed to the voice, sound design and a consistent grade are what make generated shots read as one film instead of a slideshow of experiments. That is the gap we work in. You get the speed and cost of AI production without the uncanny, off-brand output that makes audiences scroll past.

What's included.

Every AI video production engagement covers all four of these — they are the work, not upsells.

Direction before generation: characters, product and style locked

Before a single shot is generated we build the references the models will be held to: character sheets for any AI creator or presenter, clean product plates so your packaging stays accurate, and a style frame that fixes palette, lighting and lens. Every shot is then generated against those references, which is how the fifth clip still has the same face, the same label and the same look as the first.

The right model for each shot, not one tool for everything

Different models are good at different things — realistic people and speech, stylised animation, product close-ups, controlled camera moves. We choose per shot rather than forcing one tool through the whole brief, generate multiple takes, and keep only the ones that hold up at full size. What you see is the selection, not the first attempt.

A real edit: pacing, captions, voice, sound and grade

Generated clips arrive as raw material. They are then cut on a timeline by editors: hook-first pacing, word-timed burned-in captions, voiceover or synthetic voice, music and sound design, and a colour grade that makes every shot sit in one world. Where it helps, motion graphics — product callouts, offer cards, kinetic type — are designed on top by the same team that makes our motion work.

Batches, ratios and naming built for testing

AI video's advantage is volume, so it is delivered like ad creative: a batch of genuinely different angles, each exported in the ratios you buy (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), with captions burned in and supplied as sidecar files, and every file named so a result in your ads manager traces back to the hook and angle inside it. The next batch is scoped around whatever wins.

What you actually receive.

How it gets made.

The sequence for this service specifically. How we work, in detail.

  1. 01

    Research and angles

We read your reviews, your existing ads and what already runs in your category, and turn it into a written list of angles — each one a different reason to buy. You approve the list before anything is generated, so the batch is designed as a test rather than assembled as a mood board.

  2. 02

    Character, product and style lock

Character sheets for any creator or presenter, clean reference plates of your product, and one style frame. These are the rules every generated shot is held to, and the reason the batch looks like one brand.

  3. 03

    Generate, select, repeat

Each shot is generated in several takes on the model best suited to it. We keep the takes where faces, hands, products and physics hold up, and regenerate the rest. You never see the rejects — only the shots that survive a full-size review.

  4. 04

    Edit, sound and grade

The selected shots are cut by an editor: hook-first pacing, captions timed word by word, voice, music and sound design, and one grade across the whole set. Motion graphics — product callouts, offer cards, end frames — are designed on top where the ad needs them.

  5. 05

Deliver the batch, plan the next

Every angle exported in each ratio you buy, captioned and named to the convention. When the results come back, the next batch is built around what won — the character and style references carry over, so iteration costs a fraction of the first round.

What it costs.

AI video is quoted per batch rather than sold from the fixed-price package list, because a batch of five UGC hooks and a sixty-second animated brand film have little in common in scope. The quote is written against the agreed angle list, so the number of videos, their lengths, ratios and languages are fixed before work starts. A single batch runs as a one-off project; brands testing creative every week usually move to the monthly retainer, where requests are worked through one at a time from a queue you control.

AI Video Production questions.

AI video production is making finished marketing videos where some or all of the footage is generated by AI models rather than filmed — creators, products, sets, animation and voice. Done properly it is still a production: a brief, reference sheets that keep characters and products consistent, many generations per shot with the failures discarded, and a real edit with captions, sound and grade. The generation step is fast; the direction and editing around it are what make the output usable in an ad account.

AI UGC-style creator videos, AI video ads, AI animation in several styles (soft 3D, claymation, toon, paper craft, low-poly), cinematic product promos, AI explainer videos, AI avatar presenters with multi-language lip-sync, virtual model and product presentation videos, and short-form reels. Each format has a demo on this page, and UGC, ads and animation each have a dedicated page with their own specs and FAQ.

Yes. CloudRx, a digital prescribing platform for doctors, runs a 62-second promo we produced entirely with AI video generation. Stylised soft-3D doctors, clinic staff and patients tell a before-and-after story — handwritten paperwork, then digital prescribing, connected clinics, patient follow-ups and prescription OCR — directed, edited, voiced and captioned by our team. It is embedded on this page and on the CloudRx case study, and it runs as the platform's first touch for new clinics.

AI video is quoted per batch, because the price depends on how many videos you need, how long they are, how many formats and languages each one ships in, and how many characters have to stay consistent. The first batch also includes building your character, product and style references, which every later batch reuses — so the cost per video falls as you keep going. For most ad and social formats it costs far less than a shoot: no casting, crew, location or product shipping, and a new hook is a regeneration rather than a reshoot. Brands producing continuously can use our monthly retainer, published at $2,450 per month.

The timeline is written into the quote with the scope, so it is agreed before work starts. What sets the pace is mostly approvals, not generation: the angle list, the character and style references, and one finished video that fixes the look before the rest of the batch is built. First batches take longest because they include those references; later batches reuse them and move considerably faster.

Clean product photos (front, side and a close-up of the label on a plain background), your brand guidelines or a few on-brand examples, the ads or videos you have run before and how they performed, and — the most underrated input — your customer reviews, because that is where the hooks come from. Tell us the platforms, ratios and languages you need. For paid social, plan the first batch around five to ten genuinely different angles rather than several versions of one idea.

By building references before generating anything. Each AI creator or presenter gets a character sheet, your product gets clean reference plates, and the look is fixed in one style frame. Every shot is generated against those references and checked at full size; takes where the face drifts, a label warps or the product changes shape are thrown away and regenerated. The references are delivered to you, so the next batch starts from the same character and the same look.

We choose per shot rather than committing to one tool, because models differ in what they do well — realistic people and speech, stylised animation, product detail, camera control — and the leading ones change every few months. The current set includes video models such as Google Veo, Kling, Runway and Seedance, image models for character and product plates, and synthetic voice for narration and lip-sync, all finished in a conventional editing and compositing pipeline. The deliverable is the finished video, not a subscription to our tool stack.

Yes. Final videos are delivered for your commercial use, including paid media, with the music and any stock licensed for that use and listed in the delivery. We only use tools whose terms allow commercial use of the output. One thing worth knowing: the legal position on copyright in purely AI-generated material is still developing in several countries, which is one more reason we add human-made edit, design and motion work on top rather than delivering raw generations.

Increasingly, yes. The major platforms ask advertisers and creators to disclose realistic AI-generated or significantly altered content, and some apply labels automatically. We build with that in mind — we will not make an AI creator pose as a real customer describing results they never had, and we do not clone a real person's face or voice without their written consent. Your team stays responsible for the disclosure settings in your own ad accounts, and we will flag which deliverables are likely to need them.
