Tubeup
Showing a bulk-upload tool beat the manual routine it replaces, in one pass
Visit TubeupThe Work
Tubeup is a Windows and macOS desktop app that automates YouTube publishing — bulk uploads with no daily limits, AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags, multi-channel management, and staggered scheduling, all processed locally rather than through the cloud. Its entire pitch is time saved, which is the one thing a screenshot cannot show.
The Challenge
Tubeup's value only registers as a contrast: the manual YouTube Studio loop of uploading one video, writing its metadata, setting a thumbnail, then repeating that across dozens of files and several channels. Creators, faceless-channel operators, and agencies evaluating it had to see that loop collapse — and needed the channel-connection and scheduling steps explained clearly enough to get through a three-day trial without writing in for help.
Our Approach
The how-it-works video runs the same job twice: once by hand, then as a batch queued, captioned by the AI metadata step, and scheduled in a single pass — shot against the app's real interface at its real pace, so the time saved is something viewers watch rather than something they're told. The walkthrough was cut per task — connecting channels, running a bulk upload, setting a publishing schedule — so each step can answer one question on its own during first-run setup.
What We Delivered
Where It Lives Today
The demo anchors the "Watch How It Works" section on Tubeup's product page, giving visitors a concrete answer to what the app does before they start the free trial, while the walkthrough gives first-run users somewhere to watch each setup step performed instead of reading it.
