CloudRx replaces handwritten prescriptions with a digital workflow doctors can complete in under a minute — drug database lookups, diagnosis codes, patient records, and follow-ups in one system. Its users are practicing physicians, many with little patience for software that gets in the way of seeing patients.
The Challenge
Doctors adopting CloudRx needed to see, not read, how fast the new workflow actually is compared to paper. The team also needed short, practice-ready tutorials so new clinics could onboard staff without a live training session for every feature.
Our Approach
We built the walkthrough around a real prescription being written start to finish — drug search, dosage, diagnosis code, and digital signature — timed against the platform's actual pace so the 'under 60 seconds' claim is something viewers watch happen, not something they're told. Tutorials were split into short, single-task videos (appointment booking, patient files, multi-chamber setup) so clinics could send staff exactly the clip they needed.
